10 minute Full Body Blast

One of my clients took off on a business trip and asked me for a 10 min workout to keep him going while away, thought I would share it with you loves!  

 

10 minute Workout

•1 min Jumping Jacks

•1 min High Knees 

•1 min Squats

•1 min Lunges (standstill with dips)

•1 min Plank (on forearms)

•1 min Plank (on hands) shoulder taps

•1 min Sit-Ups

•1 min Side Plank dips (30 secs each side)

•1 min Push ups

•1 min Stretching
