Happy to have you here!
This is one of the HIIT workouts I've been doing from the hotel gyms while being on the go, traveling for a month.
While I travel, I spend a lot of time in the car, cabs or flights just going places and eating sometimes not so healthy food, or not as healthy as I would prefer it to be. To get one of my workouts in in the morning has been my own way to stay sane and to feel like "me".

WORKOUT

Duration: 30minutes, give or take.

- FOLLOW EACH EXERCISE WITH 15 SECOND REST - 

Jump ropes x 100 --- (using an imaginary jump rope if you don't have one)
Commando x 12 each side --- (not sure? watch here)
Walking Side Squats x 40
V-Ups x 20 --- (V Sit Ups)
Lunges x 12 each side (with 10-15lbs weights if accessible)
Leg Raise Sit-Ups with Hip Thrust x 10 --- (tip here)
-Leg Raise Sit-Ups with Hip Thrust TWIST to LEFT side x 10
-Leg Raise Sit-Ups with Hip Thrust TWIST to RIGHT side x 10
Tricep Dips x 20
Burpees x 10

- REPEAT FOR ONE MORE ROUND - 

+ cool down stretches.
